Esenbekova Altynay Esenbekovna was born on September 26, 1975 in the Kostanay region.

In 1992 after the termination Lermontov middle school entered the Kostanay state university name of A. Baytursynov, by specialty "Mathematician".

In 2016 on the job graduated from the Turan Astana University majoring in "Information systems". Upon termination of degree "The master of technical science" is awarded.

He was born December 25, 1976 in the village. Ordabay, Ermentau region, Akmola region. In 2000, he entered the Academy of Transport and Communications of Almaty and in 2004 graduated from the Academy of Transport and Communications of Almaty with a degree by specialty: «Wagons». Matveeva Larisa Ivanovna was born 21.12.65.
